Earlier this year, Enertrag UK Ltd has submitted a planning application to South Norfolk Council for the construction of a controversial seven-turbine wind station north east of Hempnall.

This particular area of unspoilt countryside is an entirely inappropriate location for a development of this scale.

The turbines will create huge visual impact, seriously damage the rural landscape and cause adverse environmental effects.
