Good news in the Daily Telegraph, a landmark High Court decision: a judge has ruled that a planning inspector made a “flawed” decision to give the go-ahead to plans for four 415ft turbines on farmland just a mile from Lyveden New Bield, a Grade I listed National Trust property. English Heritage and the National Trust, who backed the legal challenge to the development, said the case had national implications. Click here for the article link.
