This part of South Norfolk is a gently undulating rural landscape of fields and hedgerows, country lanes and small villages. The land takes its scale from trees and domestic and agricultural buildings. The tallest building in Hempnall is St Margaret's Church at 18 metres (60 feet).

Into this landscape Enertrag UK Ltd. propose to intrude seven wind turbines. Each turbine will be 130 metres tall (426 feet), with a blade diameter of 90 metres (295 feet).

It's hard to overstate the impact these huge industrial machines will have on this quiet landscape.
